Knowing the rules

I confirm that I have read and understand the pool safety legislation, obligations and guidance information for pool owners.

I understand that there is a legal requirement for my pool to be audited for safety, either by a Council inspector or an independently qualified pool inspector (IQPI) every 36 months or less, and I will liable for the associated fees.
