Let us know if you have removed a swimming pool from your property so we can update our records.

Please note that the removal of an in-ground swimming pool may require resource consent. For advice on this, please email dutyplanner@ccc.govt.nz or phone 03 941 8999 and ask to speak to the Duty Planner.

Confirm that my pool has been safely removed.
Request the Council to update the status of my pool licence to show it has ben removed.
Understand that Council will rely on this application as confirmation that the pool has been removed.
Understand my obligations and will notify Council if I chose to re-instate a pool at a later date.
Declare all information on this application is correct.
