Notification of pool removal

Let us know if you have removed a swimming pool from your property so we can update our records.


Please note that the removal of an in-ground swimming pool may require resource consent. For advice on this, please email dutyplanner@ccc.govt.nz or phone 03 941 8999 and ask to speak to the Duty Planner.












Declaration

I, the property owner:  

  • Confirm that my pool has been safely removed. 
  • Request the Council to update the status of my pool licence to show it has ben removed. 
  • Understand that Council will rely on this application as confirmation that the pool has been removed. 
  • Understand my obligations and will notify Council if I chose to re-instate a pool at a later date.
  • Declare all information on this application is correct.
