Discretionary Response Fund Application

Before applying for funding your organisation must complete a Community Organisation Registration(external link) form.

Before you begin make sure you have read all the information on the Funding Process and Discretionary Response Fund pages of our website, as this will help you in completing your application.  If you are applying for the Place Partnership Fund, be sure to read all the information on the Place Partnership Fund page.

NOTE

After you submit your application, you will receive an email with a funding request number on it.  

This may go to your spam/junk. The funding request number will begin with 0006xxxx".  If you do not receive an email with this number on it, your application has NOT been submitted.  Please log back in and check your application for errors.  After checking, if you have still not received an email with the funding request number on it, please contact the Funding Team on 03 941 5488.

  • Volunteer description - a list of volunteers duties if you are applying for volunteer costs
  • Other supporting documents

If you do not attach the above supporting documents before submitting we will not be able to process your application.
